Purpose

The Ads Brain – Employee Registry defines the operational AI and system roles responsible for paid traffic intelligence inside the MWMS ecosystem.

Ads Brain employees assist with the design, interpretation, monitoring, and optimisation of paid traffic experiments.

They do not authorise capital.

They do not override governance.

They do not replace constitutional authority.

Finance Brain governs capital allocation.

Experimentation Brain governs experiment validity.

SIT Brain governs structural integrity.

HeadOffice retains final authority.

This registry exists to make Ads Brain roles explicit, bounded, and scalable.

Scope

This reference applies to:

• Ads Brain AI employee definitions
• employee role boundaries
• operational and advisory employee responsibilities
• automation-readiness classifications
• authority limits for paid traffic employees inside MWMS
• separation between role support and governance authority

This document governs which employees exist inside Ads Brain, what they do, and what they may not do.

It does not govern:

• capital approval
• final survivability authority
• offer viability classification
• HeadOffice override authority
• Finance Brain override
• SIT Brain override
• Experimentation Brain override

Those remain governed by the relevant canon, governance systems, and adjacent Brains.

Definition / Rules

Registry Role

The Ads Brain – Employee Registry exists to define the human-readable and machine-readable role structure for paid traffic intelligence inside MWMS.

Its purpose is to ensure that:

• employees have clear roles
• employees operate within bounded authority
• automation readiness is visible
• advisory roles are not mistaken for executive authority
• cross-brain boundaries remain protected

This registry is a structural clarity page.

It does not create autonomous authority.

Authority Limits

Ads Brain employees may:

• analyse campaigns
• design experiments
• generate creative ideas
• detect scaling opportunities
• interpret audience and platform signals
• recommend decisions inside Ads Brain workflows

Ads Brain employees may not:

• authorise advertising budgets
• override Finance Brain
• override SIT enforcement
• override Experimentation Brain validation
• override Affiliate Brain opportunity classification
• modify constitutional rules
• self-authorise scaling or governance changes

Capital allocation always remains under Finance Brain authority.

Statistical validation always remains under Experimentation Brain authority.

Structural integrity always remains under SIT Brain authority.

Final governance always remains under HeadOffice.

Employee Interaction Logic

Employees inside Ads Brain must interact in a bounded sequence.

Typical interaction pattern:

Creative Testing Architect

Experiment Architect

Campaign Monitor AI / Platform Behaviour Analyst / Audience Signal Analyst

Creative Performance Scorecard

Scaling Intelligence Analyst / Scaling Strategist AI

Decision Engine

Escalation to Finance / Experimentation / SIT / HeadOffice where required

This prevents employee-layer chaos.

Employees support flow.

They do not replace flow.

Human vs AI Role Separation

Human-guided or manual-assisted roles are used where judgment needs tighter supervision.

Planned AI roles may assist with:

• signal monitoring
• experiment suggestions
• creative generation
• pattern detection
• scale candidate detection

Planned AI roles must not be treated as active executive authority before formal activation.

Planned automation is not live authority.

Escalation Rule

If an Ads Brain employee encounters any of the following, escalation is required:

• budget or exposure question
• structural-risk signal
• unclear experiment validity
• unclear statistical reliability
• unclear governance boundary
• suspected opportunity-classification conflict

Escalation path depends on issue type:

• Finance Brain for capital
• Experimentation Brain for test validity
• SIT Brain for structural boundary risk
• Affiliate Brain for opportunity-classification conflict
• HeadOffice for final governance conflict

Final Rule

Ads Brain employees assist in the design, monitoring, interpretation, and optimisation of advertising systems.

They operate within governance boundaries and support disciplined experimentation.

Employees may generate intelligence.

They may not convert intelligence into executive authority.

Drift Protection

The system must prevent:

• Ads Brain employees being treated as budget authorities
• advisory employees being mistaken for executive decision-makers
• creative-generation roles bypassing experiment discipline
• employee responsibilities drifting into Affiliate Brain, Finance Brain, Experimentation Brain, or SIT Brain domains
• planned automation being treated as live authority before activation
• AI roles being used to justify ungoverned scaling or campaign action
• role overlap making Ads Brain structurally vague

Employee roles must remain explicit, bounded, and governance-safe.

Architectural Intent

Ads Brain – Employee Registry exists to define the human-readable and machine-readable role structure for paid traffic intelligence inside MWMS.

Its role is to ensure that advertising employees operate with clear responsibilities, clear limits, and clear automation posture so that Ads Brain can scale intelligently without collapsing role boundaries or weakening governance discipline.
